This policy explains what Konturr AI Labs collects when you visit this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately small: we use our own privacy-first analytics and do not run third-party advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Contact form data you submit: name, email, and any company, role, industry, budget and message you choose to provide.
- First-party analytics events: page views, scroll depth, clicks, referrer and UTM parameters, approximate device/browser/OS, language, timezone and screen size.
- A one-way hash of your IP address (never the raw IP), used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
Contact data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo. Analytics data is used to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Consent & your choices
Non-essential analytics run only with your consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You can decline at any time. We also honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals automatically.
Where your data lives
Submissions and analytics events are stored in our own Postgres database. We design around your security requirements for client engagements and can deploy within your own cloud environment.
Retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to pursue the conversation and our legitimate business records, and analytics events for a limited period to inform improvements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
